1. Beta Notice
PR Explainer is currently in beta. The service, its features, pricing, and availability may change at any time without prior notice. We may add, modify, or remove functionality as the product evolves.
2. AI-Generated Content
Narrations and walkthroughs are generated by artificial intelligence. While we strive for accuracy, AI-generated content is not guaranteed to be correct, complete, or free of errors. You should independently verify any information provided by the service before relying on it for critical decisions.
3. Acceptable Use
By using PR Explainer, you agree to:
- Not abuse the service or attempt to circumvent rate limits
- Not use the service for any unlawful purpose
- Not interfere with or disrupt the service or its infrastructure
- Not attempt to gain unauthorized access to the service or its systems
- Respect the usage quotas associated with your plan tier
4. Service Availability
PR Explainer is provided on a best-effort basis. We do not guarantee any specific level of uptime or availability, and we do not offer a service level agreement (SLA). The service may be temporarily unavailable due to maintenance, updates, or circumstances beyond our control.
5. Account Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at our sole discretion if we believe you have violated these terms or are using the service in a manner that could harm the service or other users. You may delete your account at any time by contacting support@prexplainer.com.
6. Intellectual Property
The PR Explainer service, including its software, design, and branding, is the intellectual property of its creators. Narrations generated for your pull requests are provided for your use but the underlying technology remains ours.
7. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, PR Explainer and its creators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the service. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you have paid us in the twelve months preceding the claim.
8. Changes to These Terms
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms. Material changes will be communicated via the email address associated with your account.
9. Governing Law
These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. Any disputes arising from these terms or your use of the service shall be resolved in the appropriate courts of the jurisdiction in which we operate.
